I never knew that they called heels "dogs". I love the way you teach the downward dog!

Actually the feet themselves - not just the heels - are referred to as dogs, but it's a more of a term used in the past. I just thought it was interesting that they call the feet dogs and that you try to get a dog to heel. Anyhoo, thanks for the comment!
